What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, positive, willing to help, everyone makes an effort to connect despite being remote and all over the country. Managers encourage work-life balance and seem to care about our wellbeing.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far, I am sensing a good deal of transparency, honesty, and explanation when questions are asked. We are at the beginning of Risepoint but I feel optimistic and excited to see where we go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation does not feel fair or livable, to be honest. I do not know how people support families on this salary. Student Advisors put in a great deal of work to keep our students enrolled and get them to graduation, and as the foundation of our business, I feel undervalued.
