Everyone is willing to assist others. Anytime I need to take PTO, I don't worry about my work responsibilities falling through cracks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team has shown they care about me as a person, not just my work performance. I feel totally comfortable communicating with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current compensation more accurately reflects the role I began with, not the role I am in. Based on the current job market, I could find a job with a similar title and make 2x as much as I do here.
