I love the company, and the people, and my job. I do wish that I made more money, though. And I love that it's a remote company so everyone is able to work from home from wherever they'd like.

It feels like the company wants us to succeed and is willing to take steps to make that happen
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem really genuine and passionate about making our new combined company grow and retain the best of all of its individual parts
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really friendly and supportive, and it feels like we're all on the same team with the ultimate goal to help students and schools the best we can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't make enough money to be able to reasonably support myself. I don't have an extravagant lifestyle in the slightest, but I can't even afford the basics. I'm not earning anywhere near the "average salary" which is severely limiting my options for the rest of my life.
