Communication about changes. A lot of things have been happening with very little notice to give time to prepare.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The reduction in PTO is a huge loss for me. That was one perk with Wiley that was exceptionally good and was a big reason to stay. Pay transparency internally would be beneficial. It is hard to plan to grow at a company with out an idea of where I can increase compensation.
