Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When reviewing the market and the rise in the cost of living, I believe that employees who are under the executive team should have an increase in pay. A number of companies/employees are making more without a degree. I have a degree and make less than others who have the same position as I.
