Having a manager who cares about me as an individual and gives me opportunities to grow and learn.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are concerned about maintaining a positive and open corporate culture while the company is going through tremendous growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a prospective student achieve his or her goal of earning an advanced degree. Finding out about the student's true motivation and assuaging his or her fears and concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am performing the role of Senior Enrollment Specialist, but there has not been an opportunity for me to advance to that position. That job has not been posted as open for a long, long time.
