I enjoy the people that I work with on my team and that they provide a positive work atmosphere and are collaborative
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team! They are always willing to help out, we have a positive culture, and I feel like I can depend on them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation study was delayed from May 1st to October 1st and I want to ensure I am paid fairly. I also have years of experience prior to coming to Risepoint and that experience isn't adequately recognized. I feel that internal movement is not transparent.
