The company has made the team so lean we are each expected to do the work of two employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many people are stressed by the increased workload and continued lack of clarity on ownership. This means interactions are more likely to be tense than collaborative. I don't fault the employees for this, everyone is doing the best they can.
