As a legacy WUNI employee, I find the experience with Risepoint to be disappointing. The transition has been filled with issues that directly affect our pay and productivity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone on my direct team pitches in to help each other, communicates well, and wants our partners to succeed.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the work I do. It is something I am passionate about and love seeing the results of the work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I have not seen true culture in the company yet. At 6 months post transition, I feel like we should be much closer to a unified company and less disjointed with poor communication.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like my direct manager and multiple L4's on the team. I have been very unimpressed with the L1-L2's and only one of the L3 has shown me their competency and care for the teams beneath them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

According to my experience and the most common average for the position I hold, I am still in the lower 25% of expected income. This accompanied with the fact that the benefits are not as good as legacy WUNI and the multiple issues with communication and follow-through from HR, I have little faith.
