Our team gets along and enjoys our virtual meetings. We do not have any drama on our team. We are also a high-performing team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay level is based on my lack of enrollment experience but does not consider my 25+ years of management experience. I am currently a manager at Risepoint.
