I haven't seen a lot of areas for growth within our recent change but hope to see that in the future. i wish they would take our academic degrees into consideration for jobs but not make it the be all end all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are taking our opinions and ideas into consideration and trying to compromise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open and honest in their work and their feelings as people. We get along great and get the job done to our best abilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers have made my work the best. Knowing I can lean on them and they can do the same makes it so rewarding. I love helping the student but a positive work environment is so important to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't had the most experience with this new company but everyone seems willing to learn and be open about the challenges we have faced so far and how to fix them. It has been refreshing to see that they care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally, I live in California and this job is at the lower end of the pay scale for this position. There are people in my position in California making double what i make. I like the convenience of being at home but a fairer compensation would be nice.
