Although it has been a short time since the acquisition, I have really enjoyed getting to know the AP/RP teams and work culture.

Getting to help students accomplish their educational goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the Well Works for you and Nectar programs that give me an opportunity to be rewarded for overall health and wellness as opposed to just employment/job position wellness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When problems arise whether they are personal or work-related, I can come to my management team for support. I know that there is help available to me with whatever I am facing and that is a good feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated to thoroughly completing tasks which I really admire. They also have a great sense of humor so our team meetings are also filled will laughter often that makes it a fun environment to do well in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really do like the amount of communication from the higher up leadership team. It seems like they are doing their best to communicate any all pertinent information to all employees. Specifically, the weekly recaps are very helpful in my email inbox.
