What do you like best about the leadership team?

I do like that they genuinely seem to understand higher education.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like that I have support from my manager to balance being a mother while working.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with on my team. Getting to be creative in coming up with ways to support the Retention dept.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is a great group of people! They are open-minded and caring. They genuinely care about the people doing the work we coach.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel that my position should be hourly and I do believe that someone in my position should be paid more. I took a position coaching and training retention specialist after having 5 years in the role. This position move as completely lateral and made less money than the people I am training.
