We are small but mighty and we do our best to help each other out on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ice breakers at Team Meetings. Gets us in a teamwork spirit and good mood for the rest of the day. However, that is only once a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've only ever received cost of living increases, when they were available. I've given the company over 11 years of dedication and service and my baseline salary could reflect more than the average median level of compensation.
