I wish that I were paid more, financial strain is really the largest contributor to my dissatisfaction with this role. I love the work that I do and the people that I do it with.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Their eagerness to support students and to learn new skills

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The open environment where if I have a concern, I can voice it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My current leadership team has the capacity to help us thrive. However, in my previous team, leadership has too many partnerships to manage and individual attention and growth wasn't something they could appropriately support

What makes you most happy at work?

The variability of work. A good mix of student communication, data work, and problem solving. I don't feel micromanaged, I have clear expectations and am expected to reach out to management if I have concerns about getting it done in the appropriate timeframe

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the buyout, our benefits did not cover many of my routine prescriptions. I had to switch or pay out of pocket. With that added cost as well as the growing cost of living, my compensation doesn't cover my cost of living without having to have a 2nd job.
