They seem to be transparent and open to answering questions.

We all work to help each other, problem solve challenges together and celebrate wins.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my team and knowing I'm helping students achieve something that will help their careers and families.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The camaraderie that our team has is amazing...I laugh every day and feel supported while still getting things done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comparing my role to other companies we are not paid as much and have less PTO or perks like 4 day workweeks/half-day Fridays. We also moved from being salary to hourly, so there is less flexibility (and it seems like trust) in our jobs.
