My team is really great about sharing best practices, and their wins for the week so we can celebrate them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the amount of student interaction that being an FES takes, I would hope to be compensated more, as I am making the same as some of the teen workers in my area.
