What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an excellent team, overall. Most people do whatever it takes to help each other and to make sure we are all successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility I have to get my job done how and when I need to. I am trusted to do my job well based on my experience and results.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relationship I have with partners. It sometimes takes years to persuade a partner to do what is in their best interest and when they finally do because they trust me and my expertise, I feel good about all the work I put in to get them there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I make a fair salary and I appreciate the bonus compensation. The downside is there is no state differential and that my base salary has not even remotely kept up with inflation over the years. So, in my particular case, it has become harder and harder to make ends meet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that they care about employees and students. They have to do what is best for the company, but decisions made, even hard ones, generally feel like they balance the need for the company to succeed with the mission and with care for the people who bring the mission to life each day.
