Nothing, i dont like the job but i have bills and a family to take care of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay more, i dont even make enough to pay my rent fast food workers get paid more then Rite aid pharmacy technicians . Work load is stressful and heavy.
