Supervisors work well as team. Mgr thinks they're part of the team but acts like they far above the rest, although we're all "mgmt team".
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When mgr is gone, all are happy, relaxed and work hard. Mgr there, tension, nothing "done right", "do as I say, not as I do".
