We are like a family...we build eachother up...and we always look out for eachother
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job well and seeing our paitents leave happy and knowing their health will improve (hopefully).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a part of the surrounding community and bringing a little kindness,laughter,or just a smile to our paitents....
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Immediate leadership team is great..we try to work as a team and keep patients happy...corprate is non existant unless theres a problem
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work as a pharmacy tech, and make slightly above minimum wage..increase pay, and have phatmacists do more of what they should be doing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest... me... I always come into my store with a positive attitude and try my best to bring a smile to my patients faces
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I received what pharmacy techs are supposed to be making... well above a living wage... and benefits that I never had to guess what amount I am going to be billed again....it would be great if they actually treated us as though they cared about us as much as money...
