Youre raise isnt based on your job performance or punctuality...I feel that a .10-.15 raise once a year is pathetic!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give credit to the employees that deserve it instead of promoting co-workers thaf call out all the time and are always late!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager takes pride in our store..He runs around like a chicken without a head making sure that the store is always clean inside and out
