All people talk about is how the company is failing and how we’re all going to lose our jobs. We need some reassurance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs to stop putting fear into the store managers. They would do a better job if they weren’t constantly threatened with losing there job and then passing that fear down to there employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I started working the company was Osco then it was sold to Brooks and now 30 years later Rite aid. I used to enjoy helping customers, talking to them especially the elderly. I used to feel good about really helping people and making them smile, but now the managers tell us we don’t have time .
