Co Workers are too friendly and choose who they want to be friends with. Too much talking like they are in highschool instead of actually working and making an effort.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay fairly by seniority and how hard the person actually works. Better raises, instead of 2 or 3%. Make pay comparable to Walgreens or CVS because on average they get paid dollars more per hour than Rite Aid employees.
