Pay increase, more training time 4 new staff members, better insurance, some weekends off 2 have family time..

Not enough pay raises .. They need better discounts for employees.. Need more training for staff .. Insurance needs to improve.. Give more weekends off for family time.. They could change the hours on Sunday 2 close 1 hour after the pharmacy does..
