What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Give better advice on how to obtain metric goals. Lead by example, versus expecting goals to be met and not having valuable experience to accomplish them yourselves.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Eliminate conference calls during busy times. Speak with stores individually to determine their defecits and use this to better help them meet goal. Personalized help versus a one size fits all model

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Overtime is not allowed. Hourly rates are not increased on Holidays. Vacation time is given per year, i.e. 3 weeks rather than earned (no incentive to work extra shifts). Bonuses are nearly impossible to obtain.
