They pay less than fast food restaurants pay for highly trained skilled medical field workers and expect more and more out of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers only we get no voice past our PDM. Any farther up don’t care they just sit behind a desk and ask for more and complain
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating their team. We don’t even receive a Christmas card or anything for that matter that our customers don’t receive also. There are no perks to being a rite aid employee
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hold each other up on the worst days because at the end of the day we only have each other. Our company don’t care that they cut our hours, give us little pay, and show No appreciation for the millions we make them
