What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If you are going to be a manager, then MANAGE things. And how about leading by example for a change. And if you hate dealing with people, and can't be nice, then dont work with the public.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Try listening to your employees. We are the "feet" of your company. Without us, you can't walk. Every environment is different, if how we do things is working for us, if we are profitable, our community is happy with us, let us do what we do. And pay us more than the burger flipper at McDonalds.
