I have put in a 2 week notice and it makes me sad knowing I am leaving people that I enjoy working with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager Tracy Mort is amazing. The best manager I have worked for. She is always available when needed, cares about her employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When it was time for my annual raise I was denied because the minimum wage went up and I received a .13 raise due to that but nothing fornmy annual and was told it was due the the minimum wage hike.
