Have not interviewed in a while but it was very informal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many rules, regulations and not adequate resources to accomplish expectations. Payroll is lacking significantly. Like trying to dig yourself out of a hole every day and no recognition
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of long time loyal employees. We have given our blood, sweat, tears and family obligations for this company. Yet we are treated as disposable pieces governed by intimidation from our managers.
