Helping people find what they need. Also see most of them smile on the way out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is caring and understanding. Most of all she puts her team first, their needs and wants matter to her.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't mind getting paid for the work we do. What I mean by this is all of us do about three peoples jobs in one person. More work for less pay and we don't even get bonuses for a job well done.
