I don't feel that Im with a boss or manager but with big brother and sister

They give the exact work that you are going to do. there is no hidden tasks after signing the contract
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we are doing a lot of work comparing to other stores or market but we are paid little than theme
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager can understand exactly my needs and know what & how to act if I do any mistake without hurting me.. I feel like I am home :)
