Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

considering how managers talk to their associates and treat them i would feel better if we all got asked honestly by HR how things are. managers should properly train us instead of making us feel dumb for not knowing how to something we werent taught. talk to us with respect and do ur job pls.

My concerns have been pushed to the side and Unacknowledged. Management does not seem to care for their employees well being. only numbers and sales matter. A livable wage to compensate for the cost of living would help.

That i can work under environment that is not loud

Just the pay could be a little better considering the times that we are approaching. I am grateful for what I receive now.

It doesn't matter how much hard work we put in, it's never enough.

Pay increase would be beneficial.

If they actualy told the truth upon hire and not lie to trap employees.

So for some reason the cashiers who do the most work and the people at customer service who deal with all these entitled customers get paid the least. But the people that just stand at the door to scan someone out gets paid more

I get paid the sams or less than everyone inside the air conditioned store but i work outside wheather its raining snowing or 115?

I made a little over 20.00 after 30 years and people coming in are 17 and 18 an hour. The paid is so unfair. I see my coworkers that has been at Sams for 12 years and moves to a different department and goes back down to 16 .

We arent treated like people We arent treated like life happens outside of sams

I cant get a straight answer fir health benefits or college plans

Better pay better leadership too worried about staff getting ovetime
