speaking to us correctly, giving orders correctly, training correctly, being empathetic and considerate of what people go thru.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Costco makes way more, and if we're competing against them, shouldn't the employees get paid more, and I like how they treat their employees, I've heard so many employees say that they feel at peace with the managers and team leads, but at Sam’s Club, we don't get paid that much and they treat b
Management laughs at employees struggles. They constantly put you in sink or swim situations and then joke about how well / not so well you did. They completely ignore calls on the radio for assistance. There is large lack of communication and respect and too many inflated egos walking around.
Equality recognition support understanding and compassion
considering how managers talk to their associates and treat them i would feel better if we all got asked honestly by HR how things are. managers should properly train us instead of making us feel dumb for not knowing how to something we werent taught. talk to us with respect and do ur job pls.
My concerns have been pushed to the side and Unacknowledged. Management does not seem to care for their employees well being. only numbers and sales matter. A livable wage to compensate for the cost of living would help.

The people that were hired in the department I'm in have not kitchen background or and education on handling food ,
All hourly employees are wonderful hard working people. I cant remember seeing managemnt doing anything else other than talking to random me.bers all day long. And these werent conversations about helping the member. It was more so just chitchat.
There's too much drama and toxicity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to earn their teams respect just as the employees have to earn there's. It should not be demanded or expected.

So many steps to get in, it needs to be easier
Show interest in the interviewee who's shown interest in the company and has brought merit from their previous employer to bring to this company.

Always short staffed and no help from management until a member threaten complaints
More team work keep overtime if more tasks are required let workers keep their hard working pay
