What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Staffing number one problem. Our Admin. even helps on the floor many times which gets her in trouble by her boss

Correct the problems of continous shifts staff shortage and employees burnout.

START THE COMPANY ALL OVER

Staffing and poor communication. Increased wages

Support towards employees in their job

Not enough nursing staff to keep up with the patients. Rehab works on productivity and has to spend therapy time cleaning patients and their rooms and finding the necessary tools for it.

Hire more help and listen to needs of residents and employees with a follow through positive solutions.

Management needs to communicate more effectively

sava requires a complete overhaul in its culture; there obviously is no interest whatsoever in the patients' well-being

More help..working short staffed is a bummer

You never know if there will be enough staff. You dread being the person that gets the aides that sleep more than do their job or getting the aides that do patient care and rounds only the last 2 hrs of the shift, preferring to socialize and sit for the first 3 quarters of their shift.

Replace your leadership team at Dunwoody health & Rehab starting with the Business Office family should not be working underneath each other it's a conflicts of interest.

Maintain sufficient stock to safely and competently do the job, decrease psych population, support floor staff, more evident staff appreciation

There needs to be more management and policies enforced. You cannot run a business when people don't show up or when they do they are over an hour late and don't care about the patients.
