Phone interview first, and then an inperson interview with a store manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. This company does not know how to communicate with the field employees at all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers arent paid enough. So why would they be excited about going to a job that doesn't value them?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store employees are treated as highly replaceable. There's absolutely no work/life balance. Corpoate is completely out of touch with their customers and the store staffing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate is full of people who do not shop at Save A Lot. They are out of touch with their own employees and their own customers
