They are currently with holding my pay check. Refuse to pay for my 2 days of training. I'm pretty sure my assistant manager is a thief with a substance abuse problem. Bullying.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have coworkers who will go eat candy bats and leave their empty wrappers at my register to try and get me in trouble. This has happened at least a half dozen times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid at the correct time. In the state of NJ you must pay for training. I was not told until the second day at the end of my shift I will not be getting paid for my 12 hours of training in the Penn's bills NJ store.
