Morale is at a all time low due to pay coupled with expectations.

New leadership! Pay table needs to be reviewed. Morale of the employees are terrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the inability to replace past associates, employees are expected to do multiple jobs/roles per 8-10hr shifts.
