i have been a slave working for a Save A Lot for the last 4 years and i have been terminated not being able to 2 peoples job at one even though i have been begging for help and they have been promising to get me help for over a year now
What did you like most about the interview process?
being more precise on the actual work load daily

pay attention to employees work pile up when extreamly under employed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Newer high management needs to let some of the bad ones go
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone is underpaid overworked and unappreciated for the hard work and time to do a goof job
What are some of the best things about your team?
we all a big family that just kept being passed on through 7 store managers in the 4 years i have been there
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i have never seen a raise in the entire 4 years of my employment with save a lot and wasnt even aloud to use any of my 70+ hours pto because there was no one else do my job if were to take anytime off so now im on verge of contacting a lawyer to take legal action
