Most of the executive team should be replaced.
The company needs to replace colleagues that have left or fired. Instead, leadership would make current employees work several jobs/hours
I should have known based off the interview process - it was disorganized, time consuming, and took months to get back to me.
I stayed for two years because of my salary. The company pays well but the hours you'll work and the mental break down, was not worth it.
They are unqualified to be running a company. They also create an unhealthy work environment. Based off employee reviews, this is probably the worst leadership team SAL has had.
