Acknowledging the needs of there employees and be supportive and communicating. Giving recognition and praise to there workers that work hard to give the magament team there daily production numbers and providing incentives and raises and NOT just keep all monies given by corporate to themselves.

Helping the community. I wish they’d give something like vouchers for homeless people to shop with or some system similar to that.
