How employees describe working at savers
Acknowledging the needs of there employees and be supportive and communicating. Giving recognition and praise to there workers that work hard to give the magament team there daily production numbers and providing incentives and raises and NOT just keep all monies given by corporate to themselves.
Its been stressful and unfullfilling

In the years since they went public the company had gone down hill when it comes to employee relations. The crazy nit picky thing that they come up with to "improve shopping" never works. Employees last, profit first.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at savers?
Helping the community. I wish they’d give something like vouchers for homeless people to shop with or some system similar to that.
