Retail experience was perfect. They were knowledgable
I have observed how they treat their employees and I'm very impressed.
That they're all about teamwork and making us feel comfortable and doing whatever they can to keep us into help us.They're very dedicated
The female managers were good
Positive praise and constructive criticism
Acknowledging the needs of there employees and be supportive and communicating. Giving recognition and praise to there workers that work hard to give the magament team there daily production numbers and providing incentives and raises and NOT just keep all monies given by corporate to themselves.
Being supportive to their team nembers and not giving such mean girl energy toward everybody
They expect one person to do work that should be done by at least two
Go by policy and procures for everyone not just some and listen to what is really going on and all the circumstances not just go by what others say and look at the cameras and listen to what both people are saying.
More personable with their employees, empathy, less intimidation. Reducing the "us" vs "them" environment. More opportunities for in house promotion. I have worked there for almost 7 years with supervisory experience and a college degree, have never been offered a higher position than ops.
Employee discount is the only benefit I use.
I dont know the answer to this
Decent healthcare and PTO. Quarterly bonuses WERE helpful considering the wages.
Insurance was amazing, 401(k) match was also awesome
Having one at all. Vision & dental
Inclusivness and better hr better people services
Minimum wage since I started 2 and a half years ago. Raise based on performance
We work very hard for very little pay
Raising the pay for on site attendees
The company needs to pay us what we deserve not just cutting corners for their own benefit.

We have been together for years. One member killed himself two weeks ago.work stress
They are hard working and friendly
The friendliness is the most important. Always willing to help in another area if needed.
They work hard, kind, respectful and have fun too
An environment where we all understand one another
I think the co-workers work fine with each other I think some co-workers maybe don't like the way other coworkers work because they don't cut corners again I feel the compensation is right but the honesty and integrity that we're supposed to go by is not
Pretty much up to management
Better training and for employees to be held accountable for their actions and attitudes. It starts from the top its not employees fault its management
Review from Operations Dept
Following the standards and being treated like an equal would be a swell start
Stronger attention to details. Listening to the team and reacting quickly to issues that arise.
Review from Operations Dept
The hours are the only positive thing
People will say hi to you and will help you out if you ask
Again, it has to be friendliness and the ability to reach out and help in other areas as needed. Love all the different cultures and ages
I liked my customers and i liked hrlping people
Me showing up and getting 13 plus carts done alone and when my supervisors tell me we need four cards by 9:30 and being the one that can come in and get it done
Managers need to stop blaming the lower staff when customers get mad about store policies. It's not my fault that you changed your minds every other day on the senior discount and I had people screaming in my face from following orders.

It was fast and I was hired on the spot
I interviewed 12 years ago. The corporate cancer wasn't a factor back then. Now,if you have a pulse and can kind of walk they hire you knowing that it will fail. When it does the blame comes back to the people working in that department.
I interviewed 12 years ago when this was a good company to work for
Leadership is cooperative and receptive during the process. I felt like the interviewer was genuinely interested in me who's an applicant. She enthusiasticallt gave me a tour.
The manager was nice and personable. The new managers are better but don't have a connection with their workers
Hire supeevisors on quality and experience instead of availability
Higher standards for production workers
Seeing the other employees when I walk in the door. And interacting during the day.
Being left alone to do my job to the best of my ability
Completing the work doing what they ask of me even though I know it's more than what my job entails and not getting any help and showing them that I can do it and I did it alone
Serving customers and helping coworkers when they need help
That I get to be around my type of people and help people and be productive
There are many many things wrong with this company, its impossible to explain in 300 letters.
We could be treated like people and not numbers. Consider demographics more, stop with the back checks, it doesn't make sense we're trusted to meet corporates unrealistic quotas but not trusted to not steal, its extremely bad for morale
Review from Operations Dept
They need to change the culture of the company from protecting those who do not work to actually holding people accountable and actually valuing the criticism of tenured lower management who are struggling to do the work of ten people. But the company DOES NOT TOLERATE whistleblowing.
Review from Product Dept
No marketing or brand awareness
One front end supervisor is condescending. It can be improved by being recognized and addressed by the store manager.
Review from Sales Dept
Knowing that my work is making an impact not only locally but globally! That's an awesome feeling
All this recycling business. There needs to be recycling in the employee's break rooms and front of store. It drives me insane to hear about the amazing difference we are making and then turn around to see plastic bottles overfilling the garbages.
