savers Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The hours are the only positive thing

People will say hi to you and will help you out if you ask

Again, it has to be friendliness and the ability to reach out and help in other areas as needed. Love all the different cultures and ages

I liked my customers and i liked hrlping people

Me showing up and getting 13 plus carts done alone and when my supervisors tell me we need four cards by 9:30 and being the one that can come in and get it done

Being a donation company you tend to meet extremely friendly people.

The youth and the diversity

My coworkers were always really nice and had great advice.

Extreme diversity and inclusivity is amazing

Very little interaction with management, no meetings

Inclusive enviroment bringing eveyone together

The most positive experience I had was that the people there really are awesome in most areas. There are some areas in departments that are allowed to behave like children, however

Pay us more AND GET SECURITY

Review from Operations Dept

The belief in helping reduce waste

The friendships you make there. When they find a job that pays more they get us in. We are not appreciated

My team members. Not my management.

The people, both customers and coworkers. Some days are better than others, but as a team, we try to tackle big challenges with positive attitudes and still get real results!

Team work is huge here

very lgbt friendly and racially inclusive

We all get along, we always have each others back. It would be nice if we felt the same way about corporate

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers need to stop blaming the lower staff when customers get mad about store policies. It's not my fault that you changed your minds every other day on the senior discount and I had people screaming in my face from following orders.
