Retail experience was perfect. They were knowledgable
I have observed how they treat their employees and I'm very impressed.
That they're all about teamwork and making us feel comfortable and doing whatever they can to keep us into help us.They're very dedicated
The female managers were good
Positive praise and constructive criticism
Every manager, from the CEO down to the lowest employee on the totem pole, has an open door policy. I don't have to go through 20 people to see the HR Manager. I just put in a request, or even if I see her on the floor, I just say, could I speak with you privately? I've never been turned down.
They are very pleasant to work with
I love you a lot because my experience and doing that type of work and I love helping people you're very good things you don't want but they help us to give things to other people they need
Keep looking for new andcexciting ways to help run stores
Very good team and very understandable
They always know how to help people
It is easy to follow directions and ask for help from our supervisors or managers should a task seem overwhelming. The task is completed with ease due to managements great skills in organizing where our staff should be and what task is most suited for them. As a whole, we work great as a team!
Our new (10/19) CEO has the vision and leadership that we need to go to the next level.
Hard workers, fair minded and over worked.
The managing system that this company implements is amazing. I would be as bold to say that it is the best I have come across. The work environment reflects the management staff. At my interview I already felt apart of a team and that is rare these days. I am thrilled to be apart of this company!!!

Acknowledging the needs of there employees and be supportive and communicating. Giving recognition and praise to there workers that work hard to give the magament team there daily production numbers and providing incentives and raises and NOT just keep all monies given by corporate to themselves.
Being supportive to their team nembers and not giving such mean girl energy toward everybody
They expect one person to do work that should be done by at least two
Go by policy and procures for everyone not just some and listen to what is really going on and all the circumstances not just go by what others say and look at the cameras and listen to what both people are saying.
More personable with their employees, empathy, less intimidation. Reducing the "us" vs "them" environment. More opportunities for in house promotion. I have worked there for almost 7 years with supervisory experience and a college degree, have never been offered a higher position than ops.
Listening to employees and reporting injuries
They need to be more compressible
Care about their employees ans not just stay in the offcie all day barking orders
Review from Operations Dept
Treating employees like real people
Treating staff as humans and not machines
Everything no respect, way too much standing in one position !!!! no atmosphere, no ones happy, won't shut up about SAS !! Customer's hate staff asking if they was special offers !! I leave in a few weeks ! Thank god !
Pay employees worth they will clean that place up
Caring about their employees. My store manager told me he did not care about my mental health.
Not shouting at me in front of the customers and staff pull me to one side and tell me
They need to hire better leaders
Listening to feedback, treating the employees equally; (especially when it comes to race and personal relationships.
Communication and not holding personal feelings at work
Give reasonable wages and vacation hours
Review from Operations Dept
We had an unjustifiable termination of employment today when the employee in question had done no wrong. My unique location is the 8010 Bricktown in Chicago, Illinois. As well as unjustified accusations of stealing money from a client when a jacket was turned in by an employee.
Review from Operations Dept
There is no accountability for lack of performance. The only time people are ostracized is when they speak up about poor performance.
