We have been together for years. One member killed himself two weeks ago.work stress

We all feel that savers is a greedy company with no thought about they're staff and next to nothing rewards for breaking your back on delivery's, SAS and all tasks.

Low self esteem they don't appreciate me

I think the co-workers work fine with each other I think some co-workers maybe don't like the way other coworkers work because they don't cut corners again I feel the compensation is right but the honesty and integrity that we're supposed to go by is not

Pretty much up to management

Better training and for employees to be held accountable for their actions and attitudes. It starts from the top its not employees fault its management
