It was fast and I was hired on the spot
I interviewed 12 years ago. The corporate cancer wasn't a factor back then. Now,if you have a pulse and can kind of walk they hire you knowing that it will fail. When it does the blame comes back to the people working in that department.
I interviewed 12 years ago when this was a good company to work for
Leadership is cooperative and receptive during the process. I felt like the interviewer was genuinely interested in me who's an applicant. She enthusiasticallt gave me a tour.
The manager was nice and personable. The new managers are better but don't have a connection with their workers
The interview process was casual.
Asking what job I wanted recycler or head production and I said head production and all it's a hard job you got to open bags and sort them real quick and I said I can do it and I was taking that job from the acting manager
It was simple and fun
The interviewer was pretty cool guy, spoke straight and said the job was going to be what it was, honest guy in my opinion.
It was quick and efficient. Was done in a timely matter.
Person who interviewed was very understanding and easy to get along with. Reasonable and willing to help with questions.
It was different in terms of the way questions were asked but over all a lot of fun!! The managers eased the nervousness of interviewing almost immediately!
Review from Product Dept
he told me on the spot i got the job
My GM treated me respectfully
how quickly I got the job I needed so badly!
How detached the questions are from reality.
I talked to a lot of people during my interview, and they all seem very competent
Easy very friendly and informative
Hire supeevisors on quality and experience instead of availability
Higher standards for production workers
