He has been a Director of American Airlines Group Inc. since 2000 and Morgan Stanley since January 1995. He has been a Director of Dell Singapore Pte. Ltd since February 1995. He serves as a Director of American Airlines, Inc. He served as a Director of Time Warner since 1995. Mr. Miles served as a Director of Allstate Corp. from 1993 until May 2004. He served as a Director of Exult Inc. from 1999 until May 6, 2004. He served as a Director of Dean Witter, Discover & Co. from February 1993 to May 1994 and again from January 1995 to May 1997.
