Leadership style changes. Need care and guidance and transparency.

To get higher pay when you are a above average employee.

Most teams work well together but upper director level and above is terrible. =

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency. Assist with employee growth. Give higher raises to higher performing staff. Actually keep the good people working there and dispose of the constant disrupting staff that never seem to be fired.
