What are some of the best things about your team?

I loved my coworkers (the competent ones anyways) and the performers were very sweet

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I liked my coworkers (when we're not crying from the stress in the bathroom) and performers. That's it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Just stop being stupid and actually care about your employees. Your turnaround is insane and it's because employees are maltreated.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Treat people like humans, get your human resources building ACTUALLY functional (Noone answers. Ever. Never ever.), and fix your stupid attendance system. Take a note out of Disney and Universal's books.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to your people and fix the stupid attendance system. The fact that you guys are requiring people to put in overtime just to get meager points off (and 10 hours does not equal 1 point in my eyes) is sickening. You guys don't care if someone is sick, injured, or dying.
