Treating the team members better. There are many of us that don’t feel valued. We need to have paid holidays, we are expected to work all holidays without being compensated,
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Raise the wages and offer holiday pay....the free tickets for family and friends are not enough, you still profit off of them being there, because they are going to spend money and I as an employee still get nothing!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need holiday pay!! The morels are at its worst, we have lost many good team members because they are tired of not being appreciated and valued as a Seaworld Ambassador. They are taking away benefits one by one!! But most of all we NEED HOLIDAY PAY!!!! I’m tir
